Our team recently completed the project “Polisher Loading and Unloading” for a client in the USA, which involved controlling 10 VFDs in different sequences through PLC and HMI.

The project required our expertise in industrial automation to design, program, and commission a solution that could automatically control the loading and unloading of a polisher. The polisher was used to polish metal components, and the loading and unloading process needed to be precisely controlled to ensure consistent and accurate results.

We began by developing a control system that could be remotely accessed and monitored, allowing our team to manage the project from our office. Our solution incorporated programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to control the VFDs in a coordinated manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the polisher.

We conducted a thorough analysis of the client’s requirements and designed a customized solution that met their unique needs.

We developed a program to automate the process of loading and unloading the polisher, which included activating and deactivating the VFDs based on specific sequences. This program was then integrated with the HMI, which provided a user-friendly interface to monitor and control the polisher.

To ensure that the system was fully operational and met the client’s requirements, we conducted a rigorous testing and commissioning process. We worked closely with the client to provide them with comprehensive training and support, ensuring that they were fully equipped to operate the system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
